Estate Sales Map is a nationwide estate-sale directory. We collect what we need to list sales, process submissions, and run the site. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Sale and company details submitted through our forms (including contact name and email).
- Payment information for Featured placement — handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers here.
- Basic analytics and server logs (pages, IP, user agent) to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
To publish and maintain listings, respond to submissions, process paid placement, prevent abuse, and understand traffic. Public sale fields are meant to be public.
Sharing
Hosting, database, analytics, and payment vendors process data to run the service. We don’t sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Directory note
We don’t run the estate sales. Listing info may change; verify dates, hours, and access with the company. See Terms.
