The product
Estate Sales Map is a nationwide directory of upcoming estate sales. We show dates, hours, company, and a pin. We do not run the sales, hold inventory, or take bids.
Free launch for companies
Through Dec 31, 2026, listing sales, claiming a company page, editing your profile and seeing page views are free. We take no payment details. Before any paid option starts we will post the change here and give companies at least 30 days' notice; nothing becomes paid automatically.
Claiming a company page and verified accounts
Only someone who runs the company, or is authorized by it, may claim its page. Each claim is reviewed by a person before it is approved, and we may ask for proof such as a reply from the company's listed email, website or phone. We can decline or remove a claim at our discretion. A verified badge means we checked the claim; it is not an endorsement of the company.
Anyone can report an incorrect claim. When a report is filed, edits to that page are paused until we review it. Claimants are responsible for keeping their details accurate. We keep a history of page versions and do not hard-delete records.
Phone verification
We plan to verify claims with a one-time code sent by text message to the phone already on file for the company. Codes are sent only when someone asks for one; message and data rates may apply. We do not place voice calls for codes. Changing the verification phone requires a new code or a manual review. Until text verification is live, claims are reviewed by hand.
Page view counts
We count views of company pages and their sale pages to show companies how their page is doing. We don't store IP addresses or browser details for this; unique visitors are counted with a one-way code that changes every day. Bots are not counted.
No warranty
Listings are as-is. Times, addresses, and details change. Listing details can be wrong or outdated. Always verify with the company before you go.
Your responsibility
- Confirm sale details directly with the company listed.
- Don’t submit false sales or abuse the directory.
- Any dispute about a sale is between you and the company — not us.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the directory or reliance on listing information.
